Be with the Angels this Mooncake Festival

Team Charlie from the recent August Introduction Weekend would be organising a lantern painting session with the children from Angel's Children Home.

Date: 23 August 2007
Time: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Venue: Angel's Children Home,

Overseas Union Garden,
Bt 5, Jalan Klang Lama,
58200 Kuala Lumpur.

Itenary of the day:
1400 ice breaking
1415 lantern painting
1515 tea break
1545 Christmas tree decoration / games

Information:
1. Lanterns are premade and we would need help in monitoring the kids to paint it
2. They are batteries lighted lanterns

Things they are looking for sponsorship:
1. Colouring materials
- colour pencils
- paints *child friendly*
- magic pens
2. Batteries AA size
3. Food / snacks - for tea break
4. Second hand story books
5. Any presents you would like to get for the children there

Charlians would be bringing in:
1. sandwiches
2. mooncakes
3. 100+
4. snacks

Wonder why are we doing Christmas tree decoration when Hari Raya is around the corner, and on the day we chose to celebrate Mooncake Festival?
