March Monthly Meet: Gunung Datuk

Standing at about 800m above sea level, Gunung Datuk brings you a gorgeous view of Rembau, Putrajaya and the Straits of Malacca. It provides you a great workout too.

This coming March Monthly Meet, we’ll be spending some precious time at the peak of Gunung Datuk to take in the breathtaking scenery and fresh air. Join us while you can! Take some time off the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the company of friends and new acquaintances!

Location: Rembau, Negeri Sembilan

Meeting point: Bukit Jalil LRT Station
Meeting Time: 7:30am (Please be punctual or else you will be left behind!!)

Itinerary:
07:30am – Registration at Bukit Jalil LRT Station
09:30am – Reach the foothill of Gunung Datuk 
10:00am – Raleigh Monthly Meet  
10:30am – Start trekking
12:30pm – Reach the peak, rest & light food
1:30pm – Cleanup & trek down
3:30pm – Reach the foothill
4:00pm – Lunch at nearby restaurant (optional)
5:00pm – Leave Rembau
6:00pm – Reach Bukit Jalil LRT Station


Suggested attire:
1.    Comfortable clothes for hiking
2.    Hiking shoes/Kampung Adidas/Shoes with good grip
