PR & You Talk-We're back!!

Raleigh International Kuala Lumpur presents a talk on PR exclusively for its members. The talk will include the fundamental aspects of PR.

The talk is directed to all of you who will be seeking sponsorship for expedition or a Raleigh project in Malaysia.

Here is a chance for you to find out what goes on in the mind of a potential sponsor. The idea of looking for a sponsor is a challenging one; to some it can even be daunting. Why do some sponsorship proposals work and others don't?

This is your chance to give yourself the edge when seeking sponsorship. Lashvinder Kaur, the head of WestCoast Communications will attempt to lift the shroud over sponsorship and sponsors.

This talk is open to Raleigh folk only. It is a pre-requisite that you have participated on a Raleigh International Introduction Weekend. We recommend potential venturers/participants on upcoming Raleigh programmes (expeditions) to attend this talk. You must RSVP by 31^st May 2007.

-Understanding WHY a company chooses to sponsor
-What do sponsors usually want out of sponsorship?
-Honouring the sponsorship agreement
-Servicing the sponsor just after the project
-Maintaining a rapport (for the individual as well as for Raleigh KL)
