Hi All!

The long-awaited announcement is finally out!

Kinabalu Project 0909 priority registration is officially open for members ONLY (until the 31st of July). From 1st August onwards up to closing date 8th of August, the application is open to all.

Details:

Date: 10th - 13th September 2009

Schedule: September 10th and before (arrival) - Make your own travel arrangements! You have your full flexibility and flight arrangement options!

September 11th - 9am morning meet up at Kinabalu Park entrance, start hike and 3 hours of environmental conservation work

September 12th - hike to peak, 6.30pm, leave Kundasang back to Kota Kinabalu

September 13th - Own arrangement to fly back to KL
Fee:

RM300 for paid Raleigh KL members

RM350 for non-members
(Includes entrance fee, accommodation on the mountain, guide fee, certificatem insurance, "Project Volunteer" T-shirt, transfer from Kinabalu Park to Timpohon Gate)

Note: A non-refundable deposit of RM100 is to be paid 5 days after application to secure a spot for the project. Remaining amount is to be paid latest by 10th of August 2009. Due to limit of spaces at the accomodation arranged, application is strictly based on first come first serve basis!

There will be more information coming up soon on list of equipments to bring, recommended flight arrangement and transfer from KK to Kundasang, training and moreee!
